A handful of CRM integrations follow the standard connect flow and don’t need any provider‑specific configuration beyond signing in. This page covers all of them in one place:
  • HubSpot
  • Wealthbox
  • Cloven
  • Zoho CRM
  • Equisoft
For the universal connect/manage/disconnect mechanics — what status badges mean, how to reconnect, multi‑account behavior — see the Integrations overview.

What these integrations have in common

Each is a two‑way CRM connection that lets you:
  • Import contacts from the CRM into Continuum, via People > + New Contact > Import from CRM
  • Push meeting summaries, notes, and tasks back to the CRM with the Push to CRM button on any meeting page
  • Keep contact data up to date as it changes in the CRM
Connecting any of them works the same way: click Connect on the tile, sign in to the provider in a popup, approve the requested permissions, and you’re done. There’s no extra settings screen beyond connection status, last sync, and Reconnect/Disconnect.

Connecting

1

Open Settings > Integrations

Find the CRM tile (use the search bar or the CRM category tab to filter).
2

Click Connect and authorize

A confirmation dialog lists the permissions Continuum will request. Click Connect and sign in to the provider in the popup.
3

Confirm and import contacts

The tile updates to Connected. Head to People > + New Contact > Import from CRM to bring contacts into Continuum.
Make sure the user account you sign in with has permission to read contacts and create notes and tasks in the CRM. Locked‑down or view‑only users may cause Push to CRM to fail later.

What gets pushed to your CRM

From a meeting in Continuum, click Push to CRM to send:
  • The meeting summary, organized by your meeting template
  • Notes you added before and during the meeting
  • Tasks (with due dates and assignees)
  • Meeting metadata — date, time, attendees
Pushes are idempotent — pushing the same meeting twice updates the existing record rather than creating a duplicate.

Disconnecting

Open Manage on the tile and click Disconnect. Already‑imported contacts stay in Continuum but stop updating; you can reconnect at any time to resume syncing.

Troubleshooting

Check that the CRM tile shows Connected in Settings > Integrations. If it shows Needs attention or Not Connected, reconnect from the Manage dialog.
Contacts don’t sync automatically on first connect. Use People > + New Contact > Import from CRM to bring them in. After that, future changes do sync automatically.
The authorization has expired or been revoked from the provider side (common after a password change). Open Manage and click Reconnect — your settings and imported contacts are preserved.
Some integrations are rolled out gradually. If you don’t see Equisoft, Cloven, or another expected tile, contact support and we can check availability for your workspace.
