v1.3.21
Due dates reach 10 years ahead
The calendar for a task’s due date in the push-to-CRM drawer now lists years up to 10 years past the current year, and the next-month arrow continues past December. Before, the year dropdown stopped at the current year.November 2, 2026
v1.3.20
No “partial” label on Activity
The firm Activity page and the organization My activity and Team activity pages no longer add “partial” to stats, tooltips, or the trend chart footer while today’s data is still coming in. Today still shows as a dashed segment in the trend chart and a dashed outline in the heatmap.Fixes
- Signing out after your session had already expired no longer ends in an error.
- A contact’s meetings list on the contact page now loads without an error.
- On the Mac desktop app, the microphone permission prompt is no longer denied automatically after 30 seconds, so it waits for your answer.

v1.3.19
Search the Pages list
Pages has a search field on the tabs row, like Meetings and People. It matches the page title, or the name or email of anyone the page was sent to, and combines with the status, client, and author filters.More Multi-language languages
Live meeting capture and dictation in the desktop app now detect 32 languages in Multi-language mode, up from 18, adding Afrikaans, Cantonese, Catalan, Estonian, Galician, Korean, Marathi, Norwegian Nynorsk, Persian, Romanian, Russian, Urdu, Xhosa, and Zulu. The languages you pick yourself are unchanged, English and French, and short turns in a new language can come out as English words in Multi-language mode.Heads-up during a capture
While a capture is running, stopped, or generating notes, the dock no longer raises a Capture or Join card for your next meeting. It shows a heads-up, “Your next meeting is starting soon.”, with a close button, and raises the card about three seconds after the dock is idle again.Nothing was captured message
When “Stop & generate notes” finds nothing to write notes from, the dock shows “Nothing was captured” for six seconds. Before, the dock went idle with no word that no notes were made.Paused access for firm-billed organizations
When access ends for an organization your firm bills, admins and members see “Access to Continuum is paused” with a prompt to contact the firm administrator, and the “Your subscription is canceled” chip no longer shows in the top bar. Before, they saw the free trial dialog, and admins were offered a payment checkout that does not apply.Teammates’ CRM pushes
The sync badge on meetings and tasks shows the CRM logo for a teammate’s push, the same as your own. In the drawer for pushing to your CRM, the summary starts unticked when every selected contact already has it in that CRM, so a second note is not created by accident, and you can tick it to push again.Create a Page keeps your work
Clicking the backdrop while the client list is open closes only the list, where before it closed the dialog and discarded your clients, prompt, template, and attachments. Once you have changed the form, closing the dialog asks “You have unsaved changes” with Keep editing and Discard changes, and the client list ends with a “N selected · Done” row.Open a built page in Pages
A page built in Ask opens in a side panel, and that panel now has an “Open in Pages” button beside close that opens the full page builder.Needs reconnect badge
An integration card whose sign-in has expired now reads “Needs reconnect” instead of “Disconnected”.Fixes
- Asking the chat to edit a meeting summary now updates and highlights the summary at once, where before the change was saved but the summary did not update until you refreshed.
- On a shared page, the client’s chat now scrolls to a new question, where before the question stayed at the bottom and the reply went off screen.
- Pressing Capture on a dock reminder for a Google Meet meeting now shows the capture at once, where before the dock sat idle for five seconds.
- On Mac, the dock’s consent card is no longer cut off when you swipe between a full-screen Space and a desktop.
- Closing the main window on Mac or Windows no longer pauses a live capture started from the dock or the app.
- Clicking a task, meeting, page, or template notification from Notification Center or Action Center now opens its screen however long ago it arrived, where before on Mac it only brought Continuum forward.
- A reminder due while your computer slept no longer appears for a meeting that ended before it woke.
- The dictate button now appears as soon as the app starts, where before it stayed hidden for a moment.

v1.3.17
Dictation wave shows quiet speech
The wave that appears while you dictate now rises past half its height when you speak quietly. Before, quiet speech kept the bars low. Room noise still leaves the wave at rest.Ask bar follows agent replies
The floating ask bar now scrolls to the bottom as an agent reply is written, instead of pinning your question. The live list of steps folds away once the answer starts, and the steps stay behind the message’s steps button.Fixes
- Dictation now keeps Done and Cancel while the agent is replying, where before the buttons switched to Stop.

v1.3.16
Export users as CSV
The firm Users page has a download button before “Invite member”, with the tooltip “Export users as CSV”. It exports the whole firm’s user list, whatever search or filters are on screen, and anyone who can see the page can use it.Pages tab on households
A household now has a Pages tab next to Members and Meetings, listing the Pages sent to anyone in it. It shows only when Pages is enabled, as on contacts.Trial extension notice
A notification reads “Your trial has been extended to 30 days” when your organization reaches seven members, with the new end date and a link to billing settings. Clicking any unread notification now marks it read, where before only meeting and task notifications did.Sample meeting pinned for new accounts
“Record first meeting with Continuum” now sits at the top of the “Coming up” card on Home and of the Meetings Upcoming tab, above calendar meetings. It stays for the first three days of an account or until the first meeting is captured, whichever comes first, and Assistant seats do not see it.Updates wait for your meeting
In the desktop app, the update prompt and the install are held while Continuum is capturing a meeting, dictating, or generating notes, and the prompt returns two minutes after that ends. Choosing Restart & Install while notes generate shows “Continuum is still finishing your meeting notes.”Overlapping dock reminders
Meetings that start at the same moment now appear on one dock reminder instead of a reminder that grows a second row. Join opens the consent card the way Capture does, and capturing one meeting clears the other reminders raised before it started.Dock chooser joins the meeting
Choosing a meeting with Capture or Resume in the dock’s meeting chooser now also opens it and joins the call when the calendar event has a conferencing link. Meetings without a link still start the capture only.Dock starts on the left
The dock first appears on the left edge of your display, where before it appeared at the bottom. Anyone who has already moved the dock keeps its position.Smoother agent replies
Agent replies in AI chat appear at a steady pace instead of arriving in a block, and the last lines no longer fade in again while a reply streams. While the agent works, its finished steps build up as a list that folds away when the reply finishes.Consistent list headers
The title and tabs on Pages, People, Meetings, Tasks, Templates, and Activity stay in view while the list scrolls. Templates now open in list view, and “New meeting” also shows on the Shared with me tab of Meetings.Unsupported uploads refused early
“Upload a meeting” now refuses a file as soon as you choose it unless it is audio, PDF, DOCX, TXT, CSV, Markdown, YAML, JSON, or XML, and the message names the formats that work. Before, the whole file uploaded first and then failed with “Error creating meeting”; now a server rejection shows its reason.Seat type follows your organization
The members table, the invite dialog, the onboarding invite step, and “Update seat type” show the Assistant option only when your organization can assign it. Organizations billed through a firm whose plan includes Assistant now get the choice, and Free and custom plans no longer offer Assistant in onboarding.Writing rules show “Saved”
“Saved” now appears when your summary or email writing rules save. Settings labels, messages, and search results say “rules” where they said “guidelines”.Confirm your email as a firm invitee
A firm invitee who signs in with an unverified email now sees “Confirm your email to open the dashboard”, and the emailed link continues to the firm profile step. Before, they were sent to organization onboarding and could create an organization they were not meant to have.Fixes
- On Mac, the dock bar now stays on screen when Continuum is hidden, for example with Cmd+H, where before it disappeared with the window.
- The dock now checks its position after a display is connected or removed, and moves back onto the screen if it ended up outside it.
- On Windows, the dock and the meeting notification card now take clicks again after the screen locks or the computer sleeps, where before Capture, Join, and the close button did nothing.
- The dock now collapses when the mouse leaves it, where before it could stay expanded with Capture showing until you moved the mouse over it and off again.
- The dock now stays under the cursor when you drag it to a different screen edge, where before it ended up offset from the cursor.
- After you pause and resume a capture from the dock, new words in the transcript drawer now appear at the bottom, where before they were added at the top.
- The Meetings tab on a contact now loads when a meeting has a Page created from it, where before it failed with an error.
- Continuum now saves your computer’s time zone when you return to the window after changing it, where before it updated only at launch, so meeting-prep emails could use the old zone.

v1.3.15
Track CRM sync and pages
The Meetings page’s Past and Shared with me tabs now show a CRM logo badge on meetings that synced a summary or tasks, and a link to any page the meeting created, with a preview on hover. New filter pills for CRM status, Pages, and Notes replace the old notes dropdown and can be combined; Home rows are unchanged.Keep typing while Continuum replies
The message field in the Ask bar, Ask pages, the side panel in pages and templates, and the Ask AI panel on a shared page used to lock while Continuum was still answering; now it stays open so you can draft your next message. Press Enter to send once the reply finishes, and Shift+Enter still starts a new line.Capture chooser sees more meetings
Pressing Capture on the dock now offers calendar meetings starting within the next hour instead of the next five minutes, up to three at a time, with a recent capture available to resume. The dock also picks up a new, moved, or deleted meeting within 30 seconds instead of up to five minutes.Fixes
- Starting a capture while another meeting is recording now finishes that meeting and generates its notes instead of dropping them, and a reminder beside an active capture no longer covers its controls.
- Pages access now follows a firm’s plan: a firm billed together on a Pro plan gets Pages for every member instead of some members missing it.

v1.3.14
Fixes
- Automatic updates on the desktop app no longer restart the app and end an active recording or dictation call.
October 8, 2026
v1.3.13
Fixes
- On desktop, deleting a meeting from the list no longer crashes Continuum.
- The desktop dock no longer shows a false “can’t hear your microphone” warning for microphones, such as Bluetooth headsets, that take a few seconds to start.
- The meeting countdown in the desktop dock no longer flickers between numbers when you hover over it.

v1.3.12
Dock warns when it can’t hear you
During a capture, the dock shows a card if your microphone or system audio stops coming through, with a “Fix audio” option that opens the audio panel. It also checks in if your microphone hasn’t picked up any sound in the first 30 seconds of the capture.Dock checks in before ending a quiet capture
Before, a capture with no one speaking stopped after 5 minutes. Now, after 10 minutes of quiet the dock asks “Still in your meeting?”, and if nobody answers within 5 more minutes the capture stops and notes are generated.Mark all clients as agreed at once
The dock’s consent card shows how many clients have agreed and offers “Mark all agreed” to record everyone in one step, closing on its own once everyone has. It now opens automatically only for captures started from the dock, not from the meeting page.Dock meeting cards show the right meeting, clearly
Pressing Capture now offers only meetings in progress or starting within 5 minutes, plus Resume for a capture that just ended, instead of meetings from hours ago. Each card shows the meeting app’s icon and a live status, such as “Now” or “In 1 minute”, with one clear action to Join or Capture.Dock cards and toasts show an always-visible close button
The dismiss button no longer hides until you hover.Dock cards keep capture controls on the pill only
The consent and reminder cards no longer carry their own pause or generate buttons.Dock meeting reminders stay up longer
A reminder now stays visible for 5 minutes instead of 3.Stop & generate notes opens the meeting right away
Pressing the dock’s stop button now brings the app forward to the meeting while notes generate, instead of leaving a toast to click through.Recipient and member lists show an overflow count
The Recipients column on a page and the Members column on a household now cap at a handful of avatars with a “+N” count; hovering it lists who’s hidden, instead of an unreadable strip or members dropped with no sign they existed.Fixes
- Contact removal is restored for a deleted contact in a meeting’s participants card.
- The app recovers from temporary server errors instead of showing an error page.
- Chat links that pointed nowhere no longer blank the desktop app, and an unexpected error now shows a Reload option instead of a blank window.
- Citations no longer show as empty brackets, and a suggested task’s hover card says “Suggested, not accepted” instead of a status that looks assigned.
- Opening a meeting from a notification or link lands on the Summary tab when one exists, instead of always Notes.
- Images on shared pages keep loading on slow connections instead of going blank partway through.
- On macOS 27, clicking a dock notification or panel no longer pulls the Continuum window to the front.
- The Pages overview says “No change from last period”, “No pages published”, or “No viewers” instead of confusing zero counts.
- Template and page previews show the latest AI edit instead of a stale one, which sometimes needed a reload to clear.
- Completed tasks stay visible in a meeting’s Tasks panel instead of disappearing, and “Copy tasks” includes them.

v1.3.11
Firm Activity dashboard
The firm dashboard’s new Activity tab shows meetings, Pages sent, AI chat, and CRM activity for the firm, with stat cards, a trend chart, and a 12-week heatmap. Choose a period (this week, last week, last 30 days, or last 90 days), open an organization for its own totals and a ranked list of its members, or open a member to see their own activity.Fix a failed first payment
When your first payment after a trial fails, whether it’s a declined card, a bank confirmation, or a payment still processing, checkout now explains why and walks you through fixing it, including confirming your card without leaving the app.Dashboard-only Viewer role
Firms can invite people who oversee advisors but don’t use Continuum directly, such as compliance or IT, as a Viewer with read-only access to the firm dashboard’s organizations, members, and compliance settings, plus a job title shown next to their name. This applies to the web firm dashboard only; a Viewer who opens the desktop app is pointed to the web app instead.ChatGPT in MCP integrations
ChatGPT now appears alongside Claude in Settings → MCP → AI apps, so you can connect it to Continuum the same way.Saved confirmation on Personalization rules
Settings → Personalization rules now show “Saving…” then a brief “Saved” confirmation when you edit a rule, for both Summary guidelines and Email writing guidelines.Fixes
- A downloaded PDF and the page editor preview now match the page’s published branding, instead of your organization’s current brand profile.
- In chat, a failed message can now be retried, and tables scroll instead of breaking the layout.
- Task due dates now show the correct day.
- Images over 7.5 MB are now rejected when you attach them to a chat, instead of failing after you’ve written your message.
- A false “transcript could be lost” warning no longer appears after a successful capture when your disk is full.
- Unchecking “Summary” when pushing a meeting to your CRM now correctly excludes the note.
- Viewers of a shared meeting no longer see an “Update notes” or “Generate notes” button that always failed; only the meeting owner can regenerate notes.
- The Assistant seat description now correctly says Assistants can edit meetings they have edit access to.
- Settings → Members no longer truncates the role, seat type, status, or join date columns.
