Capture in-person meetings, review summaries, and ask AI questions about your conversations — all from your phone. The Continuum mobile app is designed for advisors on the go. Whether you’re heading into a client lunch, an office visit, or a quick catch-up between meetings, you can capture everything and have it synced with your desktop by the time you’re back at your desk.

Downloading the App

Once installed, open the app and sign in with the same Microsoft or Google account you use on desktop.

Your Meetings View

When you open the app, you’ll see your meetings organized into two tabs: Upcoming and Past.
  • Upcoming shows meetings pulled from your connected calendar, sorted by date.
  • Past shows all previously captured meetings with their summaries ready to review.
At the bottom right of the screen, you’ll always see a + New button — use this to create a meeting on the spot if it’s not already on your calendar.

Starting a Meeting

You have two ways to start recording: From a scheduled meeting:
  1. Tap the meeting from your Upcoming list.
  2. A drawer will slide up showing the meeting title, time, and participants.
  3. Tap the green Start now button to begin recording.
From a new meeting:
  1. Tap the + New button in the bottom right corner.
  2. Give the meeting a name.
  3. Tap Start now to begin recording.
Tip: Place your phone on the table near the conversation to ensure clear audio capture. The closer it is to the speakers, the better your transcript will be.

During the Meeting

Once recording starts, Continuum captures everything through your phone’s microphone. You’ll see a live waveform confirming the recording is active. You can Pause the recording at any time — for a private sidebar, a break, or anything you want to keep off the record. Tap Resume to continue. Everything between pause and resume won’t appear in your transcript. A recording notification also appears on your lock screen, showing the elapsed time. You can tap End directly from there when the meeting is over.
Important: Remember to tap End when your meeting concludes. Until you do, Continuum continues recording all audio around your phone.

Ending the Meeting and Generating Your Summary

Tap End to stop the recording. Continuum will immediately start processing your audio. You’ll see a Generating summary… screen — this usually takes a minute or two depending on the length of your meeting. You’ll receive a push notification as soon as your summary is ready.

Reviewing Your Summary

Once processed, your meeting page will show:
  • Summary — an AI-generated overview of what was discussed, organized by topic (editable)
  • Tasks — action items identified by the AI, with suggested tasks you can accept or dismiss
You can edit the summary directly on mobile, add tasks manually, or accept any of the AI-suggested tasks.

Chat About This Meeting

At the bottom of the meeting page, tap Chat about this meeting to open the Ask AI view. Here you can ask anything specific to that meeting:
  • “What were the main topics we covered?”
  • “What did the client say about their retirement timeline?”
  • “Draft a follow-up email based on this conversation”
  • “What tasks are still open from this meeting?”
Ask AI on mobile is scoped to the specific meeting you’re viewing. For practice-wide questions across all your meetings and clients, use the Ask Continuum tab on desktop.

Sync with Desktop

Everything you capture on mobile syncs automatically with your Continuum desktop app. Your summaries, tasks, notes, and transcripts will be waiting for you when you’re back at your desk — no manual steps required.

Tips for Better Mobile Captures

  • Place your phone on the table face-down or face-up near the center of the conversation for the best audio quality.
  • Use a quiet room when possible — background noise can affect transcription accuracy.
  • Don’t forget to tap End — the lock screen notification is your reminder.
  • The more meetings you run through Continuum, the better the AI gets at understanding your clients and surfacing what matters most.
