New to Continuum? Here’s the fastest way to get value from your first meeting:
  1. Connect your calendar in Settings > Integrations
  2. Wait for your next meeting notification (or open any upcoming meeting manually)
  3. Click “Prepare me for this meeting” to see what AI-powered prep looks like
  4. When the meeting starts, click Capture
  5. After the meeting ends, click Stop, then Generate
  6. Review your AI summary and see how much time you just saved

Tips for Success

Prepare more, not less: The time you save on documentation can go into better preparation. Use AI Ask before meetings to really understand what matters to each client. Trust the AI, then refine: Continuum’s summaries are already great, but they get even better when you add a sentence of context here or there.
