The fastest way to understand Pages is to rehearse the full flow before sending one to a client. Create a Page from a meeting, add yourself as the client, open the Page from the secure link, ask the assistant a question, and then check the engagement activity in Continuum. This gives you a low-risk way to see both sides: what your client sees, and what you see after they engage.
Nothing sends automatically. Continuum drafts the email for you, but you choose whether to copy it, paste it into Outlook or Gmail, and send it from your own address.

Before you start

Use a meeting that has already been captured and generated. A short sample, internal, or test meeting is fine. The goal is not to create the perfect client deliverable yet; the goal is to experience the flow end to end. You will also need a contact record for the email address you want to use for the rehearsal.
Open the Page on your phone during the rehearsal. Many clients will read Pages from their phone first, so this is the quickest way to check how the experience feels in the real world.

Create and send a test Page to yourself

1

Open a generated meeting

Go to Meetings, open a meeting that already has a summary, and review the content you want to turn into a Page.
2

Click Create Page

Click Create Page from the meeting. In the Client field, search for your own contact record and select it.If your contact is not listed, add it using the email address where you want to receive the test link. If Continuum says the contact already exists, search for that existing contact instead of creating a duplicate.
3

Generate and review the draft

Click Generate Page. Continuum creates a draft Page from the meeting and opens it in the editor.Review the message, summary, next steps, attachments, and any generated sections. Make one or two small edits if you want to see how editing works, but keep this first Page simple.
4

Publish, then share it with yourself

Click Preview if you want to check the Page before publishing. When you are ready, click Publish. After the Page is published, click Share. You can copy the Page link or click Generate email to create a suggested email draft. Send the email to yourself from Outlook, Gmail, or the email client you normally use.
5

Open it like your client would

Open the link from your email, complete the six-digit email verification, and review the Page as your client would.Download an attachment if the Page has one, ask the embedded assistant a simple question, then return to Continuum and open the Page’s engagement details to see your own activity.

What to look for

As you review your test Page, check the parts your client will notice first. The opening message: Does it sound like something you would actually send? The summary: Does it explain the meeting clearly without making your client reread the full conversation? Next steps: Are the action items clear enough for your client to know what to do? Documents: Are the right files attached, and are they named clearly? Branding: Does the Page look like it came from your practice? The assistant: Can it answer a question grounded in the Page or the attached documents?

What you will see in Continuum

After you open your own Page, the status and engagement data may update. Status: A new Page starts as Draft Draft Once you publish it, it becomes Sent. When you open it from the client link, it can move to Opened. If you ask the assistant a question or interact more deeply, it can move to Engaged. Activity: Your own visit counts. If you use your own email for this rehearsal, your view and assistant interaction can appear in the Page’s activity feed and analytics. That is expected. When you send a real Page to a client, the same activity feed helps you understand whether they opened it, returned to it, downloaded documents, or asked questions.

Keep this first Page simple

For your first rehearsal, do not try to build the most complete Page possible. A useful first Page usually has:
  • A short personal message
  • A meeting summary
  • Clear next steps
  • One relevant attachment, if you have one
  • A simple question you can ask the assistant as a test
Once you have seen the full flow, you can create richer Pages with templates, uploaded documents, interactive charts, and more detailed client-specific sections.
