Approve in Continuum
A browser tab will open with the Continuum consent screen. Select your Continuum organization and click Approve.
Return to Claude
You’ll be redirected back to Claude. Continuum will now appear under Web in your connectors list, marked as CUSTOM.
Confirm the tools are available
Click Continuum to confirm it’s connected. You should see two tools available: get_meeting and list_meetings. Set tool permissions to Always allow if you want Claude to use them without asking each time.
What you can ask
Claude now has access to your Continuum meeting history. Here are a few prompts to get you started.- “Summarize my last meeting with the Thompson family.”
- “What action items are still open from this week’s client calls?”
- “Pull up everything we’ve discussed with Sarah Chen about her RRSP.”
- ”What did I commit to follow up on after yesterday’s meetings?”
- “Help me prep for my 2pm — what did we cover last time?”
- ”Which clients mentioned retirement planning in the last month?”
