Set up the connector

1

Open Settings

Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner of claude.ai, then click Settings.
2

Navigate to Connectors

In the Settings sidebar, click Connectors. You’ll see a note that says “Connectors have moved to Customize.” Click the Customize link.
3

Add a Custom Connector

On the Connectors page, click the + icon in the top-right of the connectors list (next to the search icon) to add a custom connector.
4

Fill in the connector details

Enter the values below, then click Add (or Connect).

Approve and verify the connection

1

Approve in Continuum

A browser tab will open with the Continuum consent screen. Select your Continuum organization and click Approve.
2

Return to Claude

You’ll be redirected back to Claude. Continuum will now appear under Web in your connectors list, marked as CUSTOM.
3

Confirm the tools are available

Click Continuum to confirm it’s connected. You should see two tools available: get_meeting and list_meetings. Set tool permissions to Always allow if you want Claude to use them without asking each time.
4

Try it out

Start a new chat with Claude and ask a question that draws on your Continuum data.

What you can ask

Claude now has access to your Continuum meeting history. Here are a few prompts to get you started.
  • “Summarize my last meeting with the Thompson family.”
  • “What action items are still open from this week’s client calls?”
  • “Pull up everything we’ve discussed with Sarah Chen about her RRSP.”
  • ”What did I commit to follow up on after yesterday’s meetings?”
  • “Help me prep for my 2pm — what did we cover last time?”
  • ”Which clients mentioned retirement planning in the last month?”

Troubleshooting

If the consent screen doesn’t load, check that pop-ups aren’t blocked in your browser. If Continuum doesn’t appear in your connectors list after approving, refresh claude.ai and check again.
