Add Continuum
Open Continuum in the Claude directory, or click Add next to Claude in Continuum’s Settings → MCP, then click Connect to Claude.

Approve in Continuum
Select your Continuum organization on the consent screen and click Approve.

Back in Claude, click Continuum in your connectors list to see its tools and review their permissions.
Connect from ChatGPT

Add Continuum
Open Continuum in ChatGPT, or click Add next to ChatGPT in Continuum’s Settings → MCP. Select Install plugin, then Connect if prompted.

Approve in Continuum
Select your Continuum organization on the consent screen and click Approve.

Try it
Start a new conversation, add Continuum from the tools menu, and ask “List my recent meetings.”
Connect from Microsoft Copilot Studio
If your firm builds agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, you can give them access to Continuum as a tool.1
Add a new tool to your agent
In Copilot Studio, open your agent and go to the Tools page. Select Add a tool, then New tool, then Model Context Protocol.

Enter the Continuum server details
Enter the name and URL from the top of this page, plus a server description:The description matters: your agent uses it to decide when to reach out to Continuum, so keep it close to the wording above.
Server description: Access Continuum meeting data: search meetings, get meeting details and notes, and read meeting transcripts.

Choose the authentication type
Select OAuth 2.0, then Dynamic discovery. Copilot Studio finds everything else it needs. You don’t need a client ID or secret.
Don’t use the Manual option. It asks for a client secret, which Continuum doesn’t use.

Create a connection
Select Create, then Create a new connection. A browser tab will open with the Continuum consent screen. Select your Continuum organization and click Approve.

Add the tool to your agent
Back in Copilot Studio, select Add to agent. You’re done. Test it in the agent’s Test pane with a prompt like “List my recent meetings.”
What you can ask
Your assistant now has access to your Continuum meeting history. Here are a few prompts to get you started.- “Summarize my last meeting with the Thompson family.”
- “What action items are still open from this week’s client calls?”
- “Pull up everything we’ve discussed with Sarah Chen about her RRSP.”
- “What did I commit to follow up on after yesterday’s meetings?”
- “Help me prep for my 2pm. What did we cover last time?”
- “Which clients mentioned retirement planning in the last month?”
Troubleshooting
- A tool is missing. Available tools depend on your organization’s enabled features, your access, and the permissions granted during connection. If your connection predates newly enabled permissions, remove it and reconnect to review the current consent request. If the tool is still missing, contact support.
- The consent screen doesn’t load. Check that pop-ups aren’t blocked in your browser, then try connecting again.
- Continuum doesn’t appear in Claude’s connectors list after approving. Refresh claude.ai and check again.
- In Copilot Studio, the connection test fails on “GetInvokeServer” with a 404. This is safe to ignore. It’s an optional check that doesn’t apply to Continuum. As long as InvokeServer works and your agent can list meetings, the connection is healthy.
- In Copilot Studio, the connector won’t create or connect. Copilot Studio connectors are governed by your Microsoft tenant’s Power Platform data policies. Your IT admin may need to allow the Continuum connector before it can be used.
- Your Copilot Studio agent never calls Continuum. Check the server description. Your agent uses it to decide when to use the tool. Use the description suggested above.
